FFS film rolls are packaging films that integrate bottom-forming (Form), automatic packaging on a packaging line (Fill), and bag-mouth sealing (Seal) into a single process. They are primarily made from PE (mPE, LDPE, LLDPE, and HDPE, etc.) as the raw material, with the addition of appropriate amounts of functional additives. It is produced through a three-layer co-extrusion blow molding process and a corresponding printing process (bag-making process), and is specifically designed for high-speed fully automatic packaging machines. It serves as a flexible packaging film for granular and powdered solid products.
